TopView is an SME of UAS Engineering specializing in the integration of drones in business processes and in VLL airspace.

In CERTIFLIGHT, TopView is responsible for project coordination and leads the activities of design, realization, integration and verification.

d-flight S.p.A. is a company belonging to ENAV Group and it is owned by an industrial partner (Leonardo S.p.A. and Telespazio S.p.A.). d-flight pursues the development and provision of low-altitude air traffic management services for remotely piloted aircraft (APR) and all other types of aircraft that fall into the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) category and any activity connected to them.

d-flight leads WP2.2 CERTIFLIGHT Service CONOPS and WP7.2 d-Flight platform I/F and ICD Update and contributes to WP1 (management, coordination and deliverable review), WP2 (use cases and system requirements), WP4 (integration, verification and testing), WP5 (validation and demonstration) and WP7 (communication and dissemination).

UpVision is a leading drone operator in technical applications and research in the Czech Republic from 2013. Particularly in the U-space as the future USSP and in supporting drone education and regulation compliance.

UpVision has several important roles in the project, such as the implementation of the service into its USSP system, including definiton of the usecases and verification campaign and flight demonstration in the Czech Republic.

Unifly is the global leading provider of Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) technology. The Unifly platform connects authorities with pilots to safely integrate drones into the airspace. Authorities can visualize and approve drone flights and manage no-fly zones in real-time. Drone pilots can manage their drones and they can plan and receive flight approvals in line with international and local regulation.

In CERTIFLIGHT, Unifly will deliver a UTM software platform in order to integrate it with the Topview tracking solution.

Distretto Tecnologico Aerospaziale (DTA) is the Apulian aerospace cluster organization, it is a private not-for-profit consortium society. The mission of DTA is to support the development of the Apulian and Italian aerospace industry by contributing to the development of competence and capacities and by attracting investment and new capacities from abroad. DTA has three main action lines: deepening and widening scientific knowledge and competencies, increasing aerospace infrastructural assets, supporting the internationalization of the aerospace system. DTA manages the UAS/UAM/IAM research, development and testing facility of Grottaglie Airport Test Bed, which includes also the Bari Urban Drone Range.

In CERTIFLIGHT, DTA, after contributing in the identification of users’ needs and requirements, will coordinate experimentation of solution to achieve their validation and demonstration.

The Sara Project s.r.l. aims to perform development, production and marketing of integrated turn-key systems for public and private users operating in the environmental observation, video surveillance and Search & Rescue.

TSP leads the CERTIFLIGHT software platform design and implementation.

Delft University of Technology is the oldest and largest technical university in the Netherlands. It has over 13,000 students and 2,100 scientists (including 200 full professors). The Delft University of Technology has 14 different BSc and more than 30 MSc programs, and is renowned for its high standard of education and research.

In this project, TU Delft is responsible for e-Conspicuity warning algorithm prototyping and testing. TU Delft is also the lead in academic dissemination of the project's scientific results.

WAY4WARD is an innovative start-up company, founded in 2020, that combines the skills and expertise of a large company with the passion and ability to innovate of a user centred design lean organization. Enhancing the 25+ years’ experience of its founder in Space technologies, the company offers products and integrated solutions in the New Space domain through innovative artificial intelligence algorithms, machine learning and big data analysis.

In CERTIFLIGHT, WAY4WARD, is in charge of the development of 2 innovative functions: the Authenticated Position Propagation and the GNSS Spoofing Detection. The first aims to determine, with the use of GNSS and IMU data, the best and reliable trajectory between two positions computed using the Galileo OSNMA service. The second aims to analyse and prototype a technique to detect spoofing attacks on the GNSS signals by using Supervised Machine Learning technique on the GNSS raw data.

ARIA UNITED S.R.L. is a Romanian based business & funding consultancy company founded in 2017, with a focus on R&D projects development, implementation and results commercialisation.

Aria United will lead the Economic viability Work Package 6 and deliver the Market Analysis and Business model, Cost Benefit Analysis and Business Plan and go-to-market strategy.

EuroUSC España is a leading safety consultant firm in Spain in the field of commercial UAS operations.

In CERTIFLIGHT, EuroUSC España participates in the development of business models, and leads the communication and dissemination activities.

EuroUSC Italia is a consultancy company in Rome (Italy), providing services to manufacturers, operators, insurance companies and authorities operating in the aviation sector. EuroUSC Italia is leader in regulation and safety in the drone industry, but it also provide services in other sectors such as ATM/ANSP and airports. The main activity is the support for regulations' compliance and for safety assessment, through SORA methodology, required for UAS operational authorization. Particularly, it developed an easy web-tool supporting SORA methodology: SAMWISE.

In CERTIFLIGHT, EuroUSC Italia participates providing support to TopView (Project Coordinator) for project and risks monitoring, and technical coordination. It supports in the definition of Use Cases and validation and demonstration activities, guaranteeing compliance with U-space Reg., UAS Reg. and standards. EuroUSC Italia leads the standardisation activities and supports the communication and dissemination activities.
